【今回の紹介】

英作を行っていて、「いくつか種類がありますが」とか「◯◯の中の

◯種類です」とか表現するときによくググっていたのでまとめます。

■１種類を表現

　one kind of ◯◯
　　例）one kind of flower

■いろんな種類

　many kinds of ◯◯
　　例）many kinds of　flower

　※よくdifferentと一緒に使うらしい
　　例）There are many different kinds of flower.

■同じような使い方をする言い回し

　・variety of
　・type of
　・sort of

　厳密には異なる使い方をするそう。
　ある程度類義語がつかめてきたら整理する必要がある

■種類を訪ねる

　what kind of ○○　do you like?
　　例)what kind of flower　do you like?

　　※what do you like kind of ○○にしてはだめな理由
　一度なぜ？と思ったことがあったのでメモ。
　what + (名詞)」で「どんな(名詞)」とか「何の(名詞)になるからということ。
